* Homes are re-staged with floor coverings to protect floors, cases to show off smaller valuables, tables with drapes to display estate items, and lighting to add visual impact.
* Our professional sales staff conducts the sale and assists customers.
* Sales volumes are dramatically increased by providing customers the ability to buy estate items with electronically verified Debit, MC, VISA, and American Express.
* Computerized accounting tracks and accounts for all items sold, ensuring accurate, easy to read payouts.
* We advertise in newspapers, through multiple sites on the internet, and with signage throughout nearby neighborhoods.
* Complete cleanup leaves the property in better condition than prior to the sale.

The Potlatch Man
This figure has two completely different images on each side. The arms are also carved. This totem is referred to as a "Potlatch Man" figure. The pole is 10'4" tall, 3'1" wide, 8" thick through the body, and has a 12" thick base. The condition of the figure and paint is great, as it has been kept inside for most of the last 90 years. The Potlatch Man was carved by Sam Williams, a Nootka carver, shortly after the turn-of-the-century for Daddy Standley, founder of "Ye Old Curiosity Shop".
This is the most amazing and historic totemic carving to be sold in a century in Seattle!
